Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Florida: 2–5 business days
  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
